5. Fees & Payment

Upon full payment, Doxul Digital grants the Client ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for the Client in the scope of the project. Doxul Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies.
6.2 Third-Party Materials
Design elements, images, fonts, plugins, or software obtained from third parties remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidential information shared during the course of the Services. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Doxul Digital strives to deliver high-quality Services, but does not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, conversion rates). Except where prohibited by law, Doxul Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
